Neela Whelan is a wayward werewolf. Displaced from the pack of her birth in Ireland after a violent rite of passage, she's come to America. After finding her way to Boston, she lived on the streets for many years, doing everything she could to keep the wolf from surfacing.

Then she met a man of God who showed her that her way of dealing with her many gifts might not be the best way. Now she lives in a compound with others of his pack, trying to figure out just where her place in God's plan might lead her.

From time to time prompts might be answered in a way that reflects the realities of a creature that hunts to survive and is an adult with an active sex life. (Or two.) Entries containing that content will be marked and tucked behind a cut. There will also be frank discussion of how religion fits into all of that.
